Description
The title would have been "I'm A Better Person, Because You're In My Head", but that's a little too long...especially for DevArt. :/
This was quite refreshing to draw actually, probably due in part to the fact that I haven't drawn scenes like these for a long time. Which, when I think about my history, is the strangest thing. I used to do nothing BUT romantic scenes. Well, I guess in time we all grow into adults and become a bit more cynical. Or is that just me? Haha
ANYWAY, what I should have said first is that these are four important scenes in the relationship between Connor Lassiter and Risa Ward, two of the main characters from the brilliant novel "Unwind" by Neil Shusterman. They did all actually occur in the book, but I guess you don't have to have read it to appreciate these. If you haven't read it though, and you like work that comments on the state of the human existence and critiques modern society, but does it in an extremely readable way, I highly recommend it.
